MetroLink operates public transit services without regard to race, color, or national origin. Any person who believes she or he has been aggrieved by any unlawful discriminatory practice under Title VI may file a complaint with MetroLink Tulsa.

Title VI Complaint Process

MetroLink Tulsa is committed to ensuring that no person is excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any program or activity on the basis of race, color, or national origin, as protected by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Any person who believes they have been subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, or national origin may file a Title VI complaint with MetroLink Tulsa.

A complaint must be filed within 180 days of the alleged discriminatory act.

Complaints may be submitted through any of the following methods:

The complaint should include the following information:

  •  Your name, address, and telephone number
  • Date, time, and location of the alleged discrimination
  • Service type (Fixed Route, Link Assist, Microlink) route number, bus number, or operator name (if known) • Detailed description of the incident
  • Names and contact information of witnesses, if applicable
  • Any supporting documentation

Upon receipt of a complaint, MetroLink will review the complaint to determine whether it has jurisdiction and whether additional information is needed.

The complainant will receive written acknowledgment of the complaint within 7-10 business days of receipt.

MetroLink will investigate the complaint and issue a written response to the complainant within sixty (60) calendar days of receiving all necessary information. If additional time is required, the complainant will be notified of the reason for the delay and the anticipated completion date.
