How to File an ADA Complaint
MetroLink Tulsa is committed to addressing concerns from riders with disabilities in a timely and thorough manner. If you believe you have experienced a violation of ADA policies or procedures, you can submit a complaint using any of the methods below. Complaints must be filed within 180 days of the incident.

Complaint Information
The complaint should include the following information:
- Your name and contact information
- Date, time, and location of the incident
- Service type (Fixed Route, Link Assist, Microlink) route number, bus number, or operator name (if known)
- A detailed description of the incident or concern
- Any supporting documentation or witness information
Complaint Investigation
MetroLink will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and conduct a thorough review. You may be contacted for additional information during the investigation process. A response will be provided within 7-10 business days once all necessary information has been received.
