ADA Complaints
If you believe you have experienced discrimination or a violation of ADA policies during your time riding MetroLink, you have the right to file a complaint at no charge. All complaints are investigated by our Civil Rights Officer, and you will receive a written response with the outcome of the investigation.

How to File a Complaint
MetroLink Tulsa is committed to addressing concerns from riders with disabilities in a timely and thorough manner. If you believe you have experienced a violation of ADA policies or procedures, you can submit a complaint using any of the methods below. Complaints must be filed within 180 days of the incident.

What Happens After You File?
Within 3 days: MetroLink Staff will review your complaint and follow up if additional details are needed.
Investigation: Our Civil Rights Officer will investigate your complaint and gather any relevant information.
Decision: We will reach out within 7 days with a decision or request for further information.
Appeals: If you disagree with the decision, you may appeal in writing within 30 days of receiving the determination letter.
