Experience convenient neighborhood travel with the Route 500 – Jenks Connector, a smaller, shuttle-style vehicle designed by MetroLink Tulsa to link local riders with major transit routes and nearby destinations. Connectors in MetroLink’s system operate shorter loops, using compact vehicles that can easily navigate community streets while still offering the same reliable service as full-sized routes. Starting at the 81st & Lewis SubHub Station, Route 500 travels down Riverside Drive, through Jenks’ historic Main Street, and continues to 91st Street, looping around the Tulsa Hills Shopping Center. This route provides easy access between Jenks, Tulsa Hills, and Riverside Drive, while connecting riders to larger MetroLink routes at the SubHub station. Key destinations along the way include Andy B’s Entertainment Center, CityPlex Towers, Jenks Beauty School, Jenks City Hall, the Jenks Library, Jenks Education Services, Jenks West Schools, the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Child Development Center, and the Tulsa Creek Indian Community Research & Development Center. The Jenks Connector also serves Walmart (westbound) and Lowe’s (northbound) for added shopping convenience. Route 500 makes local travel simple—offering Jenks residents a comfortable, community-focused way to reach shopping, schools, and essential services, all while staying connected to MetroLink Tulsa’s larger transit network.
