MicroLink is MetroLink's on-demand ride service. Operating in designated zones across Tulsa, MicroLink picks you up and connects you to fixed bus routes. There's no set schedule required, book by app or by phone at (918) 982-6882.

- Watch for your driver — Once booked, you'll receive an estimated pickup time and live updates. Your driver will meet you at the nearest curb point.
- Be ready to go — Your driver will wait up to 2 minutes. If you're not there, the ride will be marked as a no-show and the vehicle will depart.

Points of Interest or POI, are locations that may reside outside of the zone that are designated zone destinations for riders riding within that zone that they may travel to. They may also be exchange points for passengers crossing into another zone.

Cancellation
If your driver did not arrive at the estimated pickup time or dropped you off after the guaranteed arrival time, a credit will be applied to your account for future rides. Cancellations are non-refundable. Credits are valid for 120 days from the date issued. Please note that excessive cancellations are tracked. Customers who cancel more than 5 trips per month may be subject to service suspension.
No Show Policy
Your driver will wait up to 2 minutes at your pickup location. If you are not present within that window, the trip will be marked as a no-show and the vehicle will depart. No-show charges are non-refundable. Customers who accumulate 5 no-shows within a 30-day period will receive a written notice and a 30-day service suspension. You have 14 calendar days from the date the suspension letter is mailed to submit an appeal to:

Inclement Weather
During extreme weather events, MicroLink will not operate in areas where fixed route bus service has also been suspended. Riders are responsible for ensuring their pickup location, including driveways and curb points, is clear of snow, ice, or debris that could affect vehicle or passenger safety. Drivers will follow all protocols recommended by local authorities.
Car Seats
Oklahoma law requires children under 8 years old to be secured in a car seat when riding in smaller van-style vehicles (Voyagers). Larger Arboc vehicles in our fleet follow fixed route bus regulations, which do not require car seats. To prepare for your ride, check the app to see which vehicle type is assigned to your trip.
