LinkAssist Eligibility

LinkAssist Eligibility

July 9, 2025

MetroLink Tulsa is making an important update to how ADA eligibility is handled. Beginning August 1, 2025, we will no longer use ADARIDE to manage ADA eligibility services. Instead, MetroLink Tulsa will take over all ADA eligibility determinations, including new applications and renewals, directly.

This change will help streamline the process and allow us to better serve our riders with disabilities by providing more personalized and local support.

If you have questions or need more information, you can:

  • Submit a message online: www.MetroLinkOK.org/contact
  • Call Customer Service: 918-982-6882
  • Send mail to:
    MetroLink Tulsa
    510 S. Rockford Avenue
    Tulsa, OK 74120

We’re committed to making this transition as smooth as possible and will be sharing additional details as the date approaches.
