18 and Under
kids getting on bus

Here’s How It Works:

If you’re 18 or younger, all you need is an I.D. to hop on our buses or MicroLink and ride completely FREE! It’s that easy. Whether you’re heading to school, after-school activities, or just exploring Tulsa, MetroLink is your ticket to freedom!

Acceptable I.D.’s

You can use any of these I.D.s to ride for free:

  • School I.D. from your public or private school
  • State I.D. with your photo and birthday
  • MetroLink Student I.D. (If you don’t have one yet, apply online and grab it at our Denver Avenue Station for only $1.00!)

Stay on Track with GoPass!

Want to make your trips even easier? Download the GoPass app to track your bus in real time, plan your trip, and never miss a stop. The app makes it easy to know exactly when your ride’s arriving so you can plan around your schedule, whether it’s getting to class on time or grabbing a quick bite after school. REMINDER: If you are booking a MicroLink ride select, ‘Pay with Cash’ option, but don’t forget to present the driver with a valid I.D.

Download GoPass, grab your I.D., and enjoy the freedom to explore. Get where you need to go with MetroLink!

College Pass Program

What is the College Pass Program?

Participating schools, colleges, and university students can ride any MetroLink Tulsa bus for free upon presenting their GoPass pre-downloaded virtual pass or student I.D. with the appropriate sticker. MetroLink is excited to provide students furthering their education a way to traverse the city. Students should request a GoPass virtual pass or sticker from their student life (or equivalent) and add it to their I.D.

Safe Place

What Is Safe Place

SafePlace is a local program that enables kids to get to a safe place when they feel they are lost or in danger. Since MetroLink Tulsa is a participant in the Tulsa SafePlace Program, all MetroLink fixed route buses are SafePlace areas.  Kids can catch any bus and ask to be taken to a SafePlace. No fares apply.

Youth Services Of Tulsa

We are proud to work with Youth Services of Tulsa to help kids in trouble find a place where they feel safe and can get access to the services they need.
